Walker Landing

We recently finished up site concrete at Walker Landing in Elizabeth City, NC, working alongside The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western. Great work to Furman Walker and the crew on the excellent craftsmanship especially on the false curb-edged joints. These joints aren’t just decorative; they’re intentionally cut control joints designed to manage concrete shrinkage and expansion, ensuring cracks occur cleanly and in a controlled line rather than randomly. Quality details like this make all the difference.
